How do I get a speaker from the Academy to speak at a local function?
Submit a letter to HQ USAFA/XPAA, USAFA Academy CO 80840-5241 at least six months
in advance of the event. The letter should include all of the following pieces of information:
What, when, and where the event will be held. Who on the Academy staff would you like to have as your speaker?
Also provide the names (or positions) of two other speakers you would like to have
in case your first choice is unavailable. Include information regarding the potential audience
and recommended speaker's attire. Your letter must also include a point of contact
for the event (name, address, home phone number, and work phone number)
who will make the necessary arrangements.

You may call USAFA/XPA at (719) 333-3832, DSN 333-3832,
for initial inquiry but follow-up  your call with a letter requesting a speaker.

How can I find the address of a graduate?
Procedures for USAFA graduates and other AOG members:
Locator information on three or fewer individuals will be provided by the AOG
to graduates and to members. Requests can be via email
LOCATOR,
telephone (719-472-0300, DSN 333-2067),
or in writing (AOG Locator, 3116 Academy Drive, USAF Academy CO 80840-4475).
Requesting individuals must provide their graduating class and/or their AOG membership number.
Requests for locator service on more than three individuals, or for other extracts from the AOG database,
must be in writing, signed, stating the reason the information is required
and include the following statement:
"Information received from the AOG will NOT be used for commercial,
non-AOG-approved fund-raising, nor political purposes.
It will not be co-mingled with other databases so that its identity as AOG-provided data is maintained.
It will not be used for any other purpose than for the specified request."
Requests may be mailed or faxed; emails are not accepted because a signature is required.

Procedures for non-graduate nonmembers:
Generally, address/contact information will not be released.
However, the AOG will forward an email or letter to a graduate
if we have a current address for that graduate.
