Your Basic may have mentioned getting a Form 341.  Here is explanation from BCT staff.

"Excellence/Discrepancy reports.  Normally pulled due to the basics not following orders, loss of bearing, improper reporting statement, etc."

From a reader:
"Far less commonplace is that they can also be "pulled" for excellence - such as knowing requested information, outstanding performance, outstanding performance of duties, etc."
