Gone But Not Forgotten


PazdanSmall.jpg First Lieutenant Dennis S Pazdan, United States Air Force Academy Class of 1964, was killed on 17 June 1967 in a C-130 crash near An Khe, South Vietnam.

Denny reported to the Academy from Chicago, IL. While at the Academy, he was a member of the 12th Cadet Squadron. Upon graduation, Denny was assigned to Undergraduate Pilot Training at Laredo AFB, TX. From 1966 until early 1967, he was an F-4C pilot with the 78th Tactical Fighter Squadron at Woodbridge Royal Air Force Station, England. At the time of the crash, he was an F-4C pilot with the 559th Tactical Fighter Squadron at Cam Ranh Bay Air Base, South Vietnam.
