Bill Carnegie has stepped up to serve as Class Scribe, replacing Sid Newcomb.

As is always the case with the Scibe's task, Bill will depend on you to provide the content for his Checkpoints articles. So, stay active, do things, and document them--ready to answer the call for inputs. And "people pictures" are always welcome; so, switch your phone's camera to Hi-Res mode and smile.

"I just heard from Judy Bujalski that our classmate, Dave Reed, passed away last night [11 July] in a Boulder hospital. I think that his lung clots became infected and he succumbed to the pneumonia. I have no other information."

Dave's interment service will be at 1100 on Monday, 24 August, at the USAFA Cemetery, with a reception to follow.
