Gentlemen, Spouses, Guests,

Everything is coming together for our reunion. Below, you will find a link to your Registration Form which allows you to sign up for each event in which you want to participate and to determine your costs. Your name tags and the attendant information to prepare them are NECESSARY to access the cadet area, including squadrons, for ALL attendees. Exact open house schedules are yet to be finalized.

Please click on the Drury Inn reservation internet address in the Registration Form. It will take you directly to our special block of rooms. Please do this ASAP, as occupancy is limited. Be sure to read and agree to the AOG’s Cancellation and Refund Policy at the end of the form.

The ONLY time the cemetery’s Memorial Pavilion is available for our honoring those classmates who have fallen since our 60th is Thursday the 18th at 2PM. We know who is arriving on Wednesday (4), plus available locals, but would like to know if any more will be available? We are planning our “formal” dinner for Friday evening and could have our ceremony somewhere else (hotel ballroom?) at our hotel just before dinner. Comments/suggestions welcome.

NOTE THE FOOTBALL GAME IS SCHEDULED FOR 5 PM! The average temperature at game time should be ~72 with no rain expected at that time of year. We have reserved a block of seats in Section L23 which starts at the 40 yard line. A link to our class-specific Football-Tickets Invitation is also below. You can access the seating chart for your selection by clicking on “Purchase Tickets” in the blue box under our class logo. Our reserve block (L23) will appear on the right of the page, a stadium “Venue Map” on the left. Just below the playing field schematic section L23 is indicated in bright blue. Click on that section and a box will pop up. Click on “View Seats” in the yellow box. A depiction of all the seats in L23 with availability shaded will appear. Enlarge to enable reading row and seat numbers. The seat numbers start on the 40 (low numbers) and end at the 25. Be sure you know which row you want before selecting it in the box on the right, because you will have to “Start Over” (click your “refresh”) if you try to change rows once you have made a selection. If all else fails you can just call the AF Ticket Office at 719-472-1895 for assistance. They can also help you find a seat near someone who has already made a reservation or join you together.

The AOG tailgate ($45) is offered on the Registration Form. The plan was to have the Jurrasic Park tailgate available at a much lower cost (donation) with better food and drinks, but a major mechanical problem with the game truck has made that option questionable at this time. We suggest you forego selecting the AOG tailgate for now. It can always be added with a call to the AOG if the Jurrasic problem is not resolved. You will be notified in plenty of time.

An update on Classmates intending to attend: Jim Alexander, Greg Boyington, Jack Brush, Bill Carnegie, Jim Glaza, Chuck Hart, RG Head, Joe Higgins, Wayne Kendall, Bill Kornitzer, Jon McClure, Ed Nogar, Neal Reavely, Charlie Sands, Gordon Savage, Dick Sexton, JT Smith, Dave Sweigart and Ron Yates, and several locals—about 60-70 hearty souls!

Please extend an invitation to any who missed being notified or might have changed their minds. We will be the first class to hold their 65th at the Academy! Do not hesitate to call or e-mail Jim Glaza with any questions or concerns. We look forward to seeing you.

Warmest regards
Your Reunion Committee
