40 th REUNION COMMITTEE MEETING

Meeting Date: 18 December 2009

Attendees:  Gaw, Davey, Mueller, Jennifer Ganzler, Rauschkolb

Discussion:   Golf tournament request for Thursday morning.  Dick will talk to Ron at golf course.

Pro-Cor Imaging is the AOG vendor for merchandise.  Contact several others for bids.
 
Football tickets-check with Athletic Association about buying block of tickets and maybe negotiate prices (POC-Gaw)

Discussed idea of selling sponsorships

Need to pin down time of dedication service and create VIP list ( Supt, key Corona conference generals, Governor)

Continue discussion of using the Class web site through the AOG link or use John Hale’s template.  Maybe kickoff John’s idea at the reunion, coupled with sponsorship idea for future moneys into the class fund

Readdress plans for first communication-snail mail vs. e-mail.

Jack says web site is up.  Need to evaluate if it meets our needs.

Mick Davey is working Hotel subcommittee and getting his “volunteers”  Will be visiting hotels in early January.

Proposed registration fee adjustment to Jennifer that does away with member/non-member differences.  She will have her bosses get back to Dave.
