40 th REUNION COMMITTEE MEETING

Dave Gaw selected as Reunion Committee Chairman, Curt Emery volunteered to be Vice Chairman

Discussion:

Tentative schedule including selected events to be held with Class of 1960 (Heritage Trail and Pavilion dedications)

Class gift status:

Options for an event coordinator-AOG, Mike Jensen, other reunion coordinators.  Dave to get cost estimates.  Need follow-on discussions of implications running our own reunion-funds accountability, on-line registration payments, etc.

Possibility of using John Hale's website offer for communications, registration, and post-reunion followup.

Importance of early recruitment for committee positions
Advertise every meeting locally to encourage attendance as guys are available
