Letters like this are what makes makes me proud of our class.  Remembering the legacies of our fallen classmates and being able to connect after 40 years with their families was awesome. Thank you for making this a special time for all the families.  For you squadron reps, if you could pass along Sylvia's request to your guys so they can connect with the Gravrocks, please do.  Again thanks for making the reunion a memorable one for all.

Dave

Hi Dave,

It was such a pleasure to meet you.

From my mother, my son, and myself, I want to thank you for all you've done for this reunion and for our family. We are humbled, honored, and thrilled by all the love and caring that your graduating class has shown to us.

From the beauty of the pavilion, the setting, and the marble benches, to the hotel accommodations and the palpable honor that you all embody -- we are deeply moved and grateful.

We were so touched by all the stories of remembrance of Steve. We would love to hear more.

I don't know if you have a master email list (or some such thing) of the class of 1970, but if it's possible, I would love to have you send our thanks and appreciation out to everyone. I would also like to extend an invitation to anyone who has the time and the desire, to send me an email with their story of Steve. Whether it's a small one-liner to a more involved tale -- we would love to hear it. Poignant, dramatic, funny, irreverent -- Steve as all of these. We'd love to hear the stories.

Again, thanks so very much!

Most sincerely,

Sylvia Gravrock

SEA PAVILION : The following link will take you on an animated "flyover" of the Heritage Trail just north of Doolittle Hall to the Class of 1970 sponsored Southeast Asia Memorial Pavilion. Southeast Asia Memorial Pavilion . Donations to the project can be made by printing out the Donation Form , filling it out, and mailing it to the AOG (address is on the form).

FRIENDS OF '70: Many of our former classmates and Prep School classmates attended the reunion. We would like to include as many of our friends as possible for future events. To that end I have attached a fairly comprehensive list of names. I realize it is lengthy, but would you look through it to identify those guys you may have kept up with through the years and send their contact information to Dave Gaw? FRIENDS - Class of 1970
